Crusty Coconut Custard

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f
  • 2 in a bowl, dump coconut and add milk to it, let set until coconut soaks up the milk.
  • 3 beat sugar and eggs together, then add vanilla.
  • 4 add coconut to the egg mixture. bake for 30 minutes.
