- 1 1/2 cups coconut
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f
- 2 in a bowl, dump coconut and add milk to it, let set until coconut soaks up the milk.
- 3 beat sugar and eggs together, then add vanilla.
- 4 add coconut to the egg mixture. bake for 30 minutes.
