My Marvelous Afghan's

Total Time: 52 mins Preparation Time: 40 mins Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • 180 g butter
  • 1/3 cup caster sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups plain flour
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • 1 cup corn flakes, lightly crushed
  • 1/4 cup coconut, toasted
  • 3/4 cup icing sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon soft butter
  • 2 tablespoons water, approximately

Recipe

  • 1 biscuits:.
  • 2 beat butter and sugar in a bowl with electric mixer until light and fluffy.
  • 3 stir in sifted flour and cocoa.

  • 11 stir i butter and enough water to make a stiff paste.
