Jane's Carrot Cake

Ingredients
- Servings: 12
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 1/4 cups oil
- 3 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups coconut
- 2 cups shredded carrots
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 grease and flour 9x13 pan.
- 3 combine sugar, eggs, oil ,and vanilla in bowl.
- 4 blend using a spoon.
- 5 stir in dry ingregients.
- 6 mix well.
- 7 add carrots, pineapple,coconut and nuts.
- 8 pour into pan bake until center comes out clean, around 50 minutes.
- 9 ice if desired.
