Ingredients
- 4 cups ice cubes
- 1 cup pineapple juice, chilled
- 1/2 cup blue curacao
- 1/2 cup light rum
- 1/2 cup cream of coconut
- 4 slices pineapple
- 4 maraschino cherries
Recipe
- 1 in blender, combine ice, pineapple juice, blue curaçao, rum, and cream of coconut and blend until mixture is smooth. pour into 4 glasses. garnish with pineapple slices and cherries.
