Magic Pie

Ingredients

• Servings: 8
• 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
• 2 cups milk
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 1 cup sugar
• 4 eggs
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup shredded coconut or 1 cup crushed pineapple

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees f.
• 2 place all ingredients in a blender and combine thoroughly.
• 3 grease and flour 10" deep dish pie plate.
• 4 pour mixture into pie plate and bake in preheated 350-degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until set.
• 5 "pie" will make its own crust as it cooks.
• 6 serve at room temperature.
