Ingredients

- 200 g coconut macaroons
- 300 ml thickened cream
- 200 g natural yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons strawberry jam
- 1 tablespoon kirsch
Recipe
- 1 crush macaroons , place 1/2 into 4 dessert glasses.
- 2 whip cream till soft peaks form, beat in yoghurt, jam and kirsch.
- 3 spoon half cream mix over macaroons.
- 4 top with remaining macaroons, then put remaining cream on top.
