Coconut Macaroon Cream

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 200 g coconut macaroons
  • 300 ml thickened cream
  • 200 g natural yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons strawberry jam
  • 1 tablespoon kirsch

Recipe

  • 1 crush macaroons , place 1/2 into 4 dessert glasses.
  • 2 whip cream till soft peaks form, beat in yoghurt, jam and kirsch.
  • 3 spoon half cream mix over macaroons.
  • 4 top with remaining macaroons, then put remaining cream on top.
