Grain-free Nut Bars

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 5 medjool dates, finely chopped
  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1/2 cup raw pecans
  • 1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut, shredded
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries

Recipe

  • 1 combine first four ingredients in a saucepan over low heat. remove from heat. place all remaining ingredients excluding coconut and dried cranberries in a food processor. process mixture until it resembles coarse sand.
  • 2 place all ingredients together in a bowl and stir well. pour mixture in a lined baking pan and refrigerate until set. once set, cut into squares.
