Grain-free Nut Bars

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 5 medjool dates, finely chopped
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1/2 cup raw pecans
- 1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut, shredded
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
Recipe
- 1 combine first four ingredients in a saucepan over low heat. remove from heat. place all remaining ingredients excluding coconut and dried cranberries in a food processor. process mixture until it resembles coarse sand.
- 2 place all ingredients together in a bowl and stir well. pour mixture in a lined baking pan and refrigerate until set. once set, cut into squares.
