Honey Tortoni

Ingredients

- 1 cup fine dry breadcrumb
- 2/3 cup flaked coconut
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 cups cool whip or 2 cups whipped cream
- 1/4 cup honey
Recipe
- 1 combine bread crumbs, coconut and almonds in a 9 x 13" pan and toast at 450f until golden, taking care not to scorch.
- 2 stir in butter and sugar; chill.
- 3 blend cool whip and honey; add crumb mixture and stir until just blended.
- 4 spoon into paper or foil baking cups and freeze until firm or overnight.
- 5 for parfait version, alternate layers of crumb mixture and whipped topping; freeze.
