Deep Fried Bananas Pising Goreng

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 3 bananas
  • 2 cups rice flour
  • 2/3 cup water or 2/3 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup oil, for frying

Recipe

  • 1 cut bananas into 4 inch pieces.
  • 2 mix rice flour, water or coconut milk, sugar, and salt into a smooth batter.
  • 3 dip banana pieces in batter.
  • 4 fry in oil until golden brown and floating.
