- 3 bananas
- 2 cups rice flour
- 2/3 cup water or 2/3 cup coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup oil, for frying
Recipe
- 1 cut bananas into 4 inch pieces.
- 2 mix rice flour, water or coconut milk, sugar, and salt into a smooth batter.
- 3 dip banana pieces in batter.
- 4 fry in oil until golden brown and floating.
