Ingredients

- 1 1/4 cups almond milk
- 1/2 cup coconut water (not coconut milk!)
- 1 cup papaya, peeled and cubed
- 1 cup mango, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup ice
- 4 scoops vanilla ice cream

- papaya, chunks
Recipe
- 1 place all the smoothie ingredients in a blender and process for 2 minutes.
- 2 pour into tall glasses and serve each with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, chunks of mango and papaya, and a spoon.
