Gooey Mandarin Cake

Ingredients
- 1 packaged yellow cake mix
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin orange sections, drained
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 spray a 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray.
- 3 layer 1: combine ingredients and mix well; pat into pan.
- 4 layer 2: beat cream cheese until smooth.
- 5 add eggs, vanilla, and butter; mix well.
- 6 add powdered sugar and mix well.
- 7 pour over layer 1.
- 8 topping: combine all ingredients and mix well.
- 9 sprinkle evenly over top of cake.
- 10 bake for 30 to 50 minutes.
- 11 do not over bake.
- 12 the center will be a little gooey.
