Maple Almond Granola

Ingredients

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 1/4 cups almonds, chopped coarsely
- 3/4 cup sweetened coconut
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 combine dry ingredients in a large bowl; stir.
- 3 add oil and maple syrup. stir well.
- 4 line a half sheet pan with a silpat or parchment.
- 5 spread granola evenly onto the prepared pan.
- 6 bake for 25 to 35 minutes, stirring after the first 15 minutes and again every 5 minutes or so thereafter.
- 7 let cool completely.
