Mango Pop 'em Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups dried mango
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup cashews
  • 2 tablespoons mango juice

Recipe

  • 1 place all ingredients except mango juice in a food processor and blend until fairly smooth.
  • 2 add juice, a bit at a time, until you have the right consistency to form the mixture into balls.
  • 3 form into balls and allow to harden.
