Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups dried mango
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup cashews
- 2 tablespoons mango juice
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients except mango juice in a food processor and blend until fairly smooth.
- 2 add juice, a bit at a time, until you have the right consistency to form the mixture into balls.
- 3 form into balls and allow to harden.
