Irish Cream Balls

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 package vanilla wafer cookie
  • 1/2 cup irish cream
  • 1/4 cup milk chocolate
  • 1 cup coconut

Recipe

  • 1 crush the vanilla wafers- a food processor is the fastest for this.
  • 2 melt the chocolate and add to the crushed wafers, along with the liqueur.
  • 3 roll into small balls and roll in coconut to coat.
  • 4 refrigerate to set, then pack in containers and keep refrigerated.
