Honolulu Eggnog

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon sugar or 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • whipped topping (optional)
  • maraschino cherry (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 separate the egg, and beat the until stiff.
  • 2 combine egg yolk, sugar and salt.
  • 3 fold whites into yolk mixture.
  • 4 add coconut milk and pineapple juice then cream.
  • 5 top with whipped cream and garnish with a cherry.
