Ingredients
- 8 cups old fashioned oats
- 3 spotted bananas
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup raisins or 1 cup pitted dates
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Recipe
- 1 measure out oats into a large mixing bowl. add remaining ingredients to blender jar. blend until smooth. pour contents of blender over oats and stir to combine. add chopped nuts, shredded coconut, etc. bake at 170 degrees for 4-5 hours stirring at least once halfway through baking. after it's been cooked, add fruit such as raisins. enjoy it as a snack or with your favorite non-dairy milk.
