Mango Pineapple Salad With Mint

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 cups peeled diced ripe mangoes
  • 1 cup chopped fresh pineapple
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup flaked coconut
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a large bowl. refrigerate at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
