Korendekager (currant Biscuits)

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 7 ounces butter
  • 7 ounces sugar
  • 4 ounces currants
  • 4 ounces plain flour
  • 4 ounces desiccated coconut
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

Recipe

  • 1 cream butter and sugar.
  • 2 add all remaining ingredients and stir until smooth.
  • 3 with a teaspoon, place dots of dough on a well-greased baking sheet.
