Gooey Coconut Bars

Ingredients
- 1 (18 1/4 ounce) package french vanilla cake mix
- 4 eggs, divided
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 (16 ounce) box confectioners' sugar
- 1 1/2 cups shredded coconut
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 spray a 13 x 9 pan with cooking spray or butter generously.
- 3 mix cake mix, melted butter and 2 eggs until crumbly.
- 4 press into bottom of pan and up about 1 inch around the edge.
- 5 in a large bowl mix: cream cheese, the other 2 egtgs, vanilla and almond extracts, confectioners sugar and coconut.
- 6 pour over crust.
- 7 bake for 45 minutes or until top is golden brown.
- 8 cool completely in pan.
- 9 cut into small squares.
