Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients
- Servings: 2
- 16 ounces coconut milk (or two portions homemade see my recipe)
- 1 -2 tablespoon protein powder (from goat's milk preferably)
- 1 tablespoon virgin coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon flax seed (ground)
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/4 teaspoon stevia powder (or your preferred sweetener)
- 10 -12 ice cubes
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients in a blender on high speed until well combined.
- 2 you may add more or less ice, depending on how cold you like a smoothie.
