Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 16 ounces coconut milk (or two portions homemade see my recipe)
  • 1 -2 tablespoon protein powder (from goat's milk preferably)
  • 1 tablespoon virgin coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon flax seed (ground)
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon stevia powder (or your preferred sweetener)
  • 10 -12 ice cubes

Recipe

  • 1 place all ingredients in a blender on high speed until well combined.
  • 2 you may add more or less ice, depending on how cold you like a smoothie.
