Coconut Scented Macadamia Nuts

Ingredients
- 2 cups macadamia nuts
- 2 tablespoons agave syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened coconut
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Recipe
- 1 on a rimmed baking sheet, roast nuts at 250* for 10-12 minutes.
- 2 drizzle agave syrup and vanilla over nuts, mixing well to coat. return to the oven for 2 more minutes.
- 3 transfer to a bowl and toss with coconut and salt. spread on baking sheet and let cool to room temperature before serving. store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
