Coconut Scented Macadamia Nuts

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups macadamia nuts
  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened coconut
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Recipe

  • 1 on a rimmed baking sheet, roast nuts at 250* for 10-12 minutes.
  • 2 drizzle agave syrup and vanilla over nuts, mixing well to coat. return to the oven for 2 more minutes.
  • 3 transfer to a bowl and toss with coconut and salt. spread on baking sheet and let cool to room temperature before serving. store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
