Coconut-orange Fudge Truffles

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 2/3 cups sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups marshmallows
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 -2 tablespoon orange extract or 1 -2 tablespoon orange flavoring
- 1 cup shredded coconut
Recipe
- 1 put butter, milk, sugar, and salt in a saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil.
- 2 boil for 5 minutes, stirring continually; remove from heat.
- 3 add remaining ingredients, reserving 1/3 cup coconunt, and stir to mix.
- 4 beat with a spoon for one minute or until marshmallows and chocolate are melted.
- 5 pour into a well greased 8"x8" pan.
- 6 cool until no longer sticky, then form into 8 rolls.
- 7 when rolls harden slightly, cut each into 8 equal pieces, then roll each piece into a ball.
- 8 roll each ball in the reserved coconut to coat.
- 9 let stand to harden a bit more before serving.
