Ingredients
- 4 ounces butter
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup flour
- 4 ounces sugar
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
- 1 tablespoon icing sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup dried shredded coconut
Recipe
- 1 cream the butter and sugar, add egg and then the dry ingredients.
- 2 put half the mixture into a flat tin and spread with a hot knife.
- 3 mix the filling and spread over the cake mixture in the tin.
- 4 cover with the remaining cake mixture.
- 5 bake at 350°f for 20-30 minutes.
