Hawaiian Pineapple Pie

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple (with juice)
  • 1 cup flaked coconut
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons flour
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 unbaked pie shell (10-inch)

Recipe

  • 1 beat eggs in a large bowl. combine with corn syrup and beat until well blended. stir in pineapple, coconut, sugar, flour, and butter and mix well.
  • 2 spoon filling into unbaked pie shell. bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes, until crust is browned and filling is firm.
