Hawaiian Pineapple Pie

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup crushed pineapple (with juice)
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons flour
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 unbaked pie shell (10-inch)
Recipe
- 1 beat eggs in a large bowl. combine with corn syrup and beat until well blended. stir in pineapple, coconut, sugar, flour, and butter and mix well.
- 2 spoon filling into unbaked pie shell. bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes, until crust is browned and filling is firm.
