French Coconut Pie

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon coconut flavoring
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1 unbaked pie shell

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients except the pie shell in a bowl and mix well.
  • 2 pour into pie shell.
  • 3 bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. cool completely before cutting.
