Crunchy Broiled Topping

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup butter
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup light cream (10 %)
• 1 cup flaked coconut
• 1 cup chopped pecans

Recipe

• 1 in a saucepan melt butter.
• 2 stir in remaining ingredients.
• 3 preheat broiler.
• 4 spread topping evenly over hot cake.
• 5 broil 6 inches below element for about 3 minutes or until golden brown.
• 6 cool cake completely in pan on a wire rack before cutting.
