Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup light cream (10 %)
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Recipe
- 1 in a saucepan melt butter.
- 2 stir in remaining ingredients.
- 3 preheat broiler.
- 4 spread topping evenly over hot cake.
- 5 broil 6 inches below element for about 3 minutes or until golden brown.
- 6 cool cake completely in pan on a wire rack before cutting.
