Chili Choc Muesli Bars

Ingredients
- Servings: 16
- 1 tablespoon chili
- 1 teaspoon red paprika
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup poppy seed
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 150 g butter
- 1/2 cup malt extract
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 135 g dark chocolate
- 1/2 cup orange peel
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Recipe
- 1 melt butter, malt extract, sugar and vanilla in a pot.
- 2 mix with the dry ingredients and lay down in a baking tin.
- 3 melt the chocolate and spread over the mixed seeds in the tin.
- 4 sprinkle with chili, paprika and salt.
- 5 put in the fridge to cool down for 3 hours, then cut into squares.
