Mango Lassi

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 100 ml cold yogurt
  • 1/2 cup sweet mango pulp, frozen
  • 50 ml coconut milk
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 fresh mint leaves
  • crushed ice

Recipe

  • 1 put everything in a mixer and give it a whisk.
  • 2 pour into tall glasses half filled with crushed ice.
  • 3 decorate with a mint leaf each.
  • 4 serve immediately.
