Ingredients

- 2 ounces desiccated coconut
- 2 ounces chopped fresh coriander
- 1 fresh green chili, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons roasted sesame seeds, coarsely ground
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 2 packets freeze-dried peas
- 4 tablespoons butter
Recipe
- 1 in a bowl, mix coconut, coriander, chilli, salt, sugar, sesame seeds& pepper.
- 2 boil peas till tender and drain.
- 3 melt butter.
- 4 add peas, then coconut mix.
- 5 stand for 2 minutes.
