Easy Peach Cake

Ingredients
- Servings: 12
- 1 (15 ounce) can peach slices (drained & mashed)
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2-1 cup oleo
- 1 (14 ounce) can milnot condensed milk (or 1 12 ounce can evaporated milk, plus 1 cup brown sugar)
- 1 cup coconut
Recipe
- 1 mix all cake ingredients together and pour into a greased & floured 9x13-inch pan.
- 2 bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
- 3 while baking, make icing.
- 4 cook icing ingredients until thick & pour over cake while hot.
