Japanese Fruit Pie

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1/2-3/4 cup oleo
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 uncooked pie shell

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients together.
  • 2 pour into pie shell (8 or 9-inch pie pan).
  • 3 bake at 350°f, until it won't shake--about 40 minutes.
