Healthy Peanut Butter Balls

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups creamy peanut butter (skippy naturals is my favorite)
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup instant oats
  • 1/2 cup ground flax seeds
  • 1/2 cup dry milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut (sweetened or unsweetened, either works)
  • 3 cups rice krispies
  • raisins (optional)
  • chocolate chips (optional)
  • chopped peanuts (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 combine everything well. taste :).
  • 2 roll into walnut sized balls and place on a cookie sheet.
  • 3 freeze about 1 hour.
  • 4 store in the fridge or freezer in airtight container.
