Japanese Fruit Pie

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup pecans

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shells.
  • 2 bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
