Health Break

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup skim milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons flax seeds (whole)
  • 4 -5 tablespoons vanilla protein powder or 4 -5 tablespoons vanilla slim fast powder

Recipe

  • 1 place flax seeds in blender and mix until they are finely ground.
  • 2 add skim milk, coconut milk, protein powder, and orange juice.
  • 3 blend.
