Haystack Cookies

Ingredients

• 2/3 cup peanut butter
• 2/3 cup honey
• 2/3 cup cold water
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2/3 cup flour
• 2/3 cup quick oats
• 4 cups flaked coconut
• 1 cup chopped nuts
• 2 cups chopped dates

Recipe

• 1 mix together the first four ingredients. add the remaining ingredients and mix together. use a tablespoon to form balls and press together lightly. place cookies onto greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until light golden brown.
