Granny's Chocolate Crunch

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 16
  • 2 cups corn flakes
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 6 ounces butter, melted
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • 1/2 cup sultana

Recipe

  • 1 mix dry ingredients and pour melted butter over them.
  • 2 blend well and press into shallow sponge roll tray.
  • 3 bake in slow oven at 350°f for 1/2 an hour or 375°f for 20 minutes.
  • 4 ice with chocolate icing while hot.
  • 5 cut while still warm.
