Gingerbread Magic Bars

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups gingersnap crumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup flaked coconut
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup cinnamon baking chips
  • 14 ounces condensed milk
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 cream butter until light and fluffy.
  • 2 stir in gingersnap crumbs, flour and baking powder.
  • 3 press evenly in bottom of 13 x 9 pan sprayed with non stick cooking spray.
  • 4 sprinkle with coconut, then with chocolate and cinnamon chips.
  • 5 pour condensed milk evenly on top.
  • 6 sprinkle with chopped pecans.
  • 7 bake at 375 degrees ffahrenheit for 30 minutes.
  • 8 cool completely.
  • 9 cut into small squares.
