Crunchy Cookies

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup self raising flour
  • 2 cups corn flakes
  • 6 tablespoons margarine
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup sultana
  • 2 tablespoons desiccated coconut
  • 2 tablespoons skim milk

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven 180c.
  • 2 in a large mixing bowl cream the margarine and sugar.
  • 3 add in egg and beat, fold in coconut, sultanas, flour and milk, mix together.
  • 4 fold in corn flakes until ingredients are combined.
  • 5 drop a dessertspoon of mixture onto a baking tray that has been coated with cooking spray.
  • 6 flatten each cookie.
  • 7 bake for 20mins or until golden brown.
  • 8 cool on a wire rack.
