- 1 cup cashews
- 1/2 cup soymilk
- 2 tablespoons agave
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup canned pineapple
- 1/2 cup canned mandarin orange
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
Recipe
- 1 soak a cup of cashews for two hours the drain.
- 2 blend cashews with soy milk and agave.
- 3 pour mixture over chopped fruit.
- 4 stir mixture and top with shredded coconut.
