Mango Coconut Bliss Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 cups mangoes, sliced fresh (or frozen)
  • 1 cup orange, cubed (about 1/2 large orange)
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 cups coconut water
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut essence (optional)
  • 1 pinch of celtic sea salt

Recipe

  • 1 throw everything in the blender and puree until smooth and creamy. yum!
