Ingredients

- 2 cups mangoes, sliced fresh (or frozen)
- 1 cup orange, cubed (about 1/2 large orange)
- 2 frozen bananas
- 2 cups coconut water
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon coconut essence (optional)
- 1 pinch of celtic sea salt

- 1 throw everything in the blender and puree until smooth and creamy. yum!
