- 4 anaheim green chilies
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients except chiles.
- 2 dredge chiles in mixture.
- 3 fry until golden.
