Green Chicken Curry

Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 500 g chicken, cut into strips
- 1 1/2 tablespoons green curry paste
- 1 (400 ml) can coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 200 g snow peas
Recipe
- 1 heat up sesame oil and fry chicken until golden.
- 2 add curry paste and fry another 2 minutes.
- 3 when really smelly, stir in coconut milk, fish sauce and sugar.
- 4 when well combined sprinkle snow peas on top and put the lid on.
- 5 let simmer for another 10 minutes.
- 6 serve with rice.
