Gloria's Famous Nameless Cookies

Ingredients

• 3/4 lb butter
• 3/4 cup crisco cooking oil or 3/4 cup corn oil
• 1 1/2 cups brown sugar, packed
• 2 cups granulated sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
• 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
• 4 cups flour
• 7 ounces flaked coconut
• 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 6 ounces pecans, broken

Recipe

• 1 combine as listed and shape into 2-inch balls 2-inches part on ungreased cookie sheet. bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. transfer at once from baking sheets to paper toweling to cool.
• 2 these freeze well either before or after baked.
