Chutney Cheese Balls

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons minced preserved gingerroot
- 2 tablespoons chopped mango chutney
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 2 teaspoons shredded coconut
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Recipe
- 1 in a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, preserved ginger, chutney, curry, coconut and ground ginger. blend until well mixed.
- 2 form into 1 or 2 balls and roll in pecans. cover and refrigerate up to 3 days.
