Chutney Cheese Balls

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons minced preserved gingerroot
  • 2 tablespoons chopped mango chutney
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 2 teaspoons shredded coconut
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Recipe

  • 1 in a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, preserved ginger, chutney, curry, coconut and ground ginger. blend until well mixed.
  • 2 form into 1 or 2 balls and roll in pecans. cover and refrigerate up to 3 days.
