Chocolate Coconut Pecan Pie

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons cocoa
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 unbaked pie shell
- cool whip, on top (optional)
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients thoroughly. pour into unbaked pie shell in order shown.
- 2 bake in 325°f oven for 30 to 35 minutes. do not overbake or it will dry out. for a fudgy type pie, bake and let center still be moist.
- 3 serve with a dollop of cool whip on top.
