Ingredients

• 3/4 cup mashed potatoes
• 2 lbs icing sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup margarine, melted
• 1 cup shredded coconut
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 1 1/4 cups chocolate chips
• 3 tablespoons paraffin wax
• 4 unsweetened chocolate squares (28g each)

Recipe

• 1 melt margarine in top of double boiler. remove from heat. add mashed potatoes, salt, icing sugar and coconut. mix well, add vanilla. allow to harden overnight, or roll in small balls and let set overnight.
• 2 chocolate dip: melt in top of double boiler.
• 3 dip balls in chocolate dip and set on waxed paper to set.
