My Oven 'fried' Potatoes

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 small red potatoes
  • coconut oil
  • salt

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400 degrees f.
  • 2 peel the potato (or leave whole if the skin is smooth and unblemished).
  • 3 cut the potato into julienne slices about 3/8 inch (1 cm) thick.
  • 4 rub a little oil into the palms of your hands. take a few slices and lightly coat them with oil from your hands. repeat until all slices are coated with oil.
  • 5 arrange the slices on a baking sheet. bake on top rack of oven for about 25 minutes or til lightly browned on top.
  • 6 remove from oven, arrange on a plate. salt and serve.
  • 7 enjoy!
