Japanese Pie

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2 (9 inch) pie crusts

Recipe

  • 1 mix sugar,eggs,melted butter. then stir in vinegar; mix well.
  • 2 add coconut and raisins.
  • 3 mix ingredients well.
  • 4 pour into pie shell.
  • 5 bake at 325 for 35 to 40 minutes, until brown on top.
