French Coconut Pie

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 1 9 inch pie shell, unbaked,ready or homemade (not deep dish)
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 dash salt
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups coconut (i use angel flake, sweetened)

Recipe

  • 1 put all ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix well with a mixer.
  • 2 pour ingredients into unbaked pie crust.
  • 3 bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
  • 4 serve either warm or at room temperature.
