French Coconut Pie

Ingredients
- 1 9 inch pie shell, unbaked,ready or homemade (not deep dish)
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 dash salt
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/4 cups coconut (i use angel flake, sweetened)
Recipe
- 1 put all ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix well with a mixer.
- 2 pour ingredients into unbaked pie crust.
- 3 bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
- 4 serve either warm or at room temperature.
