Lemon Coconut Crisps

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (18 ounce) package pink lemonade cake mix
  • 1/2 cup shortening
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded coconut

Recipe

  • 1 put all ingredients into mixing bowl. stir to blend well.
  • 2 drop dough by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheets.
  • 3 bake at 375° for 15-18 minutes.
